Before any of this, there are three things you can do for nothing: see where you are, read the Field Notes, or ask my assistant something real. Plenty of people never need more than that, and that is a fine outcome. What follows is for when you want it built with you, in your own tools, with you doing enough of the building that you can keep going without me.
One working session. We find the one job worth handing off, and build one thing you can use the same day. You build it with me, not while I drive, so you leave knowing how it works.
We agree up front on what a win looks like, and by when. If you don't get there, you pay nothing.
An agent that owns one real job. It gets a job description, its own memory, its own email, and it works inside the tools you already use, doing the job whether you're at your desk or not. Nothing in it is a black box you have to call me about later.
One flat price. We define the job together before I build anything. No moving targets.
I host it, watch it, and fix it before you notice anything's off. Every week it sends you a plain report of what it did and what that saved you. And every month we sit down and coach: what worked, what to sharpen, and what job your agent takes on next. You get better at this as we go, that's the point.
Cancel any time. The weekly report and the monthly session are the reason to stay, not a contract.
That's the normal starting point, and it's what the first conversation is for. Tell me what your week actually looks like and I'll tell you which of these makes sense, including if the answer is none of them yet.
